WHS students participate in Mock Trial competition

Students from Washingtonville High School competed in Mock Trial on March 16, 2024, at OU BOCES in Goshen.
The group, comprised mostly of students from 10-12 grade beat Port Jervis and Middletown, 2-0. They are currently the #1 seed after round 2. They will be competing next on April 6, 2024, for the quarterfinals against the #8 seed Warwick Valley.
This competition will be single elimination. If they win in the morning they can compete in the PM semi-final match on April 6. If they win in the afternoon then they compete on April 9, 2024, for the county championship.
