The Making a Difference Awards recognize the many examples of individual teachers, aides, drivers, safety, and other District staff that are making a difference in the lives of our children throughout our buildings. 

Evangeline De Marco, a junior at Washingtonville High School, has been expanding her knowledge and experience in both government and the law.

Nina Giordani, who has been teaching at Washingtonville High School since 2007, was recently honored by Senator James Skoufis at the first annual Women’s Recognition Night at Tapped Brewery and Bar in Middletown.

Students in Danielle Todaro's class have been working on working on free verse poetry and just finished reading a Shakespeare play.

This summer, WCSD is offering Summer Athletic Camps in various sports. Please find attached the various forms for Tennis, Girls Lacrosse, and Basketball. 

Faculty and staff from Washingtonville Central School District’s three elementary schools – Little Britain, Round Hill and Taft – learned about how poverty can affect a family at any time and what they can do to help them when they have a need. The whole district is now experienced in poverty simulation, teaching them how to help families who have a poverty need.
